What you bring to the table:

• Assist the dentist in all aspects of dental treatment, including taking patient history, preparing instruments and materials, and providing chairside assistance during procedures.
• Take digital X-rays, as well as Panoramic and CBCT scans.
• Communicate with patients about their treatment plans and post-operative care.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Perform basic laboratory procedures such as pouring impressions and making temporary crowns.
• Help manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed.

Leadership and Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a cohesive and patient-centered approach to dentistry.
• Provide leadership in the office, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for improving office efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, creating a positive first impression for our patients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency in dental software (Eaglesoft).
• Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
